Our nutmegs come from Jovelo, a producer friend. It is located on the coasts of Mananjary and has more than 2 hectares of plantation.

Freshly grated, it is the ideal spice for vegetable gratins and sauces such as béchamel. It will also flavor your desserts such as compote and Christmas desserts.
