Voatsiperifery wild pepper - 50g

The wild voatsiperifery pepper is harvested by hand in the primary forests of Madagascar. "Voa" means fruit and "tsiperifery" means plant.

This very rare pepper is unknown to the Malagasy population. It does not sting unlike black pepper, but its fragrance is very powerful: there are strong woody and citrus notes.

How to use it ?

It can be added at the last moment to all your preparations: meat, poultry, fish, steamed vegetables, dishes in sauce, marinades or fruity desserts.

No risk for the conservation of this pepper. You can store it in any tightly closed container.
