Cardamom - 50g

Our cardamom comes from Jovelo, a producer friend. It is located on the coasts of Mananjary and has more than 2 hectares of spice plantation.

Cardamom is part of the Zingiberaceae family and like ginger, it is a rhizome plant. The smell of cardamom is powerful and rich, which is why it is often used in the composition of perfumes. It brings minty and peppery notes to your savory preparations (stewed dishes for example) as well as to your desserts (to infuse in milk for example).
